• ½ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat flour*
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder
  1. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt your almond butter until a creamy consistency. Once melted, mix the maple syrup, brown rice syrup, and maple extract together until combined.
  2. Add in the oat flour, chopped almonds, collagen peptides (if using), and sea salt. Mix well (this will take a few minutes, so don’t add any other ingredients).
  3. Press into an 8×8 baking tray, and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove and place in the fridge for 30 more minutes.
  4. Cut into bars and enjoy!
