I typically start my day with a smoothie bowl. It keeps me feeling full on busy days.
And it’s full of protein, starchy carbs and healthy fats.
- a frozen banana (i like them better ice-cold)
- handful of baby spinach
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (mine is vanilla)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- a handful of berries
Blend all the ingredients together. Top them with ANYTHING you like, my go-tos are nuts, selfmate granola (recipe coming soon), berries, kiwis, cacao nibs (favourites), chia seeds, psyllium husks etc.
